Exercises on how to breathe correctly

I find many people have desired to find out exactly what they need to do in the water. For most of the time people, when taught how to swim, are just told to do this or that without the explanation as to why and most of all how.

I have spent a long time working out how the water reacts to the body because when I teach people who are phobic of the water they need to know what to expect. You will not find this information anywhere else because not one (apart from competitive swimmer coaches) has really understood the concept of how the water works.

The water because of its density can give a person a wonderful experience but in order to capture that feeling of traveling through the water with ease people need to know the why's and how to get the best out of their time in the water.

Have you ever wondered why some people just seen to look so effortless when they swim?

You will be surprised when you read through this manual and wonder why you did not have such a detailed explanation when you first learnt how to swim. I know you will find the detailed manual invaluable.©
